It sounds like you have the same problems I’m seeing with my startup-I feel I can’t take any time off because then the work doesn’t get done. I was thinking of moving online, away from a service-focused business and not having employees, to reduce these problems.

I guess what it comes down to is that any business requires a large investment of energy and time.
