I’d never heard of this, and love the story! Sometimes I miss the slow way of doing things.

Our dishwasher broke over a year ago, and we decided to hand wash everything. Odd but the hand washing was always my favorite part of dinners at my grandparents’ house in the 80’s. We’d chat and joke while splitting the work of washing/drying/putting away between my mom, grandmother and sisters.
